Scheduled an appointment a week in advance, paid the $20 over the phone to hold an appointment time of 11am. Day of appointment arrives and we drop the vehicle off that morning around 8:30am as we had other errands to run and wouldn’t be available to arrive at 11am. 2:30pm rolls around and when we inquire about how much longer it would be, we find out they hadn’t really even started on the car. Apparently there was a “miscommunication” with the woman who took the original appointment phone call and she had it down as a drop-off and didn’t reserve the appointment time. If that’s the case I’m unsure of why we paid the $20 over the phone to literally reserve our appointment time and when questioned about some money back for having to sit there and wait 5 hours after the appointment time we requested and paid for, we were told “our prices are our prices and they’ve been that way for a while.” We are repeat customers. This car was not the first car Kustom has tinted and we’ve never had a complaint with their work. If prices were the issue, we wouldn’t have came back in the first place. The issue was we paid for a reserved appointment time and their employee screwed up, costing us hours

Kustom Film & Tint is absolutely top tier! Adam and the rest of the staff are true professionals and pay close attention to the quality of their work and their customer’s needs. They applied the tint seen in these pictures in 2019… Still looks like new!! Their detailing work is also superb!
